Walking
From the Seafront: head towards the Brighton Palace Pier and walk up the A23 towards the Royal Pavilion. Continue walking up the road past the King & Queen Public House to the traffic lights. This is North Road. Turn left into North Road and in approximately 20 yards you will see Cheltenham Place on the right-hand side. Walk up Cheltenham Place and we are half way up on the right.

From London Road (Shops): head south past St Peter's Church (on the left). Approximately 300 yards you will come across The Gloucester Nightclub on the right. Walk up the right-hand side of the club and turn left behind the club. The road will turn right. In front you will see the Basketmakers Arms Public House. Turn left in front of the pub. This is Cheltenham Place. We are half way down on the left.

Train (Brighton Station)
Head down Queen's Road from the station. At the first set of traffic lights turn left down the steps. This is Gloucester Road. Walk all the way to the bottom and on the right you will come across the Basketmaker Arms Public House. Turn right into Cheltenham Place. We are half way down on the left.

Car (free parking facilities available on-site).
From the A23/A27: from the A23/A27 intersection head south down the A23 into Patcham. You will see approximately 500 yards on the left the Black Horse Public House. Continue south until you reach a major set of traffic lights with a Fire Station on the left. Keep in the second left hand lane. The road will merge into a one-way system. Keep on the right. At the next set of lights turn right. A park will be on the left. Continue and follow the main flow of traffic towards the seafront. Before the seafront and the Royal Pavilion you will need to take the right-hand lane changing direction by 180°. You are now in London Road travelling north. Continue over the next set of lights. On the left you will see a Motorcycle Training Centre, an Estate Agents and The Gloucester Nightclub. Turn left at the Club. Turn left behind the club. The road will turn right. In front you will see the Basketmakers Arms Public House. Turn left in front of the pub. This is Cheltenham Place. We are half way down on the left.

From the A259 Coast Road: Drive to the Brighton Palace Pier and head up A23 London Road. Drive past the Royal Pavilion and the King and Queen Public House. Continue over the next set of lights. On the left you will see an Estate Agents and The Gloucester Nightclub. Turn left at the Club. Turn left behind the club. The road will turn right. In front you will see the Basketmakers Arms Public House. Turn left in front of the pub. This is Cheltenham Place. We are half way down on the left.
