Should your document take longer to prepare for successful printing then a charge of £39+VAT per hour will apply, with a minumum charge of £9.75+VAT. Please make sure you have followed the instructions below. Help us to help you! FOR YOUR INFORMATION Colour Pixel Images to be saved at 300dpi in CYMK mode. Save as EPS or JPG. Greyscale Pixel Images to be saved at 300dpi in Greyscale mode. Save as TIF. Mono Pixel Images to be saved at 600/800dpi in Lineart mode. Save as TIF. For all images use CMYK not RGB! We operate full colour ICC Profiles and ColorPerfexion software on images to maintain your colour accuracy. RGB images will lose vibrancy and depth when printing these files especially on blues and greens. To ensure your document is printed as accurately as possible please convert RGB files on your system to CMYK. You will therefore be able to see colour shift and desaturation. Once converted you can then re-colour balance until you are satisfied with your image. Ideally you should calibrate your monitor. We can only print what we receive. Colour inaccuracies are the responsibility of the customer. If files are saved as RGB they will be converted to CMYK Printing Process Colours. RGB (Red, Green, Blue): Colours used for
on-screen, i.e. Websites & Video. For further information on submitting artwork, the following PDFs are available to download:
